To ensure the best relaxation experience, Sea Well Spa invites guests to follow some simple rules.
Reservations

Arrival
We suggest you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment in order to avoid delays of the treatments.
Cancellation
Cancellations and/or change of appointments must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance of the appointment.
Gift cards
The ideal gift for every occasion. Our “Gift cards” can be purchased directly at our Center. They are non-refundable, non-trasferable and they cannot be redeemed for cash.
Required minimum age
Access to the SPA is allowed to children from the age of 10 (always accompained by an adult). Children are welcome for relax-massages and other treatments, but have access to the Turkish bath and the sauna only from the age of 14.
Personal objects and valuable items
We recommend you leave all valuable personal objects in the locker. The direction does not take on responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal items inside the SPA.
Particular health issues
For your safety and your wellbeing, please inform us upon booking the treaments about any health issues, allergies, lesions or pregnancies. This way our staff will be able to suggest you the suitable treatments you can or those you shouldn’t do.
Opening hours
The wellness center is open every day, except on Tuesdays, from 10 to 13 o’clock and in the afternoon from 15 to 19 o’clock, unless different communications occur.
From 15 July to 31 August, the wellness centre is also open on Tuesday afternoons from 15 to 19 o’clock.
Opening in the evening
On appointment we organise “Private Night SPA”, these are exclusive openings at the evening from 20:00 to 22:30 o’clock, for a minimum of 2 people.
What to wear
We suggest you bring a bath suit with you.
During the treatment
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Should you feel any kind of discomfort or unease during your treatment (for instance concerning the music, the temperature, the pressure of the massage etc.) please inform the operator right away, we will swiftly solve the problem to provide you the maximum comfort.
